# **SEO out of the box**

Sitemap, robots.txt, social images and structured data come from your content, with Nuxt SEO doing the wiring.

The site uses [**Nuxt SEO**](https://nuxtseo.com) together with the SEO fields on every document.

- ****Sitemap****: every published page, collection and entry is added to `/sitemap.xml`.
- ****Robots****: tick **Hide from search engines** on a document to add `noindex`.
- ****Social images****: the SEO image, the cover image or the default image from Site Settings, cropped to 1200 × 630.
- ****Structured data****: entries output schema.org Article markup.

**Set your production URL**

Set NUXT\_SITE\_URL to your domain so the sitemap and canonical URLs point to it.
