Create a new section without code

Blog, Gallery and Projects are all collections. Editors can add new ones, such as Services or Team, straight from the Studio.

A collection is a list of entries that shares one URL. The Projects collection lives at /projects, and each project at /projects/<slug>.

Create a collection

  1. In the Studio, open Collections and click +.
  2. Give it a title such as Services. The slug becomes the URL: /services.
  3. On the Display tab, pick a layout: Blog, Cards or Gallery. Choose how entries are sorted and whether visitors can filter by tag.
  4. Publish. The list page is live.

Add entries

Open the collection and click Entries → +. New entries are assigned to the collection automatically. Every field is optional, so the same entry type works for an article (Body), a gallery (Photos) or a designed page (Blocks).

Show it anywhere
Add a Collection List block to any page to show the latest entries of a collection, optionally filtered by tag.

Details

Use Details on the Meta tab for key facts such as Client, Year or Location. They appear as a small table at the top of the entry.

How to add a new block

Any Nuxt UI component can become a block. It takes a schema, one Vue component and one line in the registry.
