Preview and publish

Presentation: edit on the page

Open Presentation at the top of the Studio. The site appears next to the editor, showing your drafts.

• Click any text on the page to open its field in the editor.
• Drag blocks on the page to reorder them.
• Navigate the site as usual; the editor follows the page you are on.
• Use the address bar of the preview to open any page, in any language.

Nobody else sees your drafts. Visitors keep seeing the published version until you publish.

Publish

Click Publish on each document you changed. A page and the menu link pointing to it are two documents, so publish both.

After publishing, the live site updates within about a minute. Pages are cached for speed, and the cached copy refreshes in the background.

Undo a change

• Before publishing: ⋯ → Discard changes removes the draft.
• After publishing: open the history (clock icon), pick an earlier version and restore it, then publish again.
• To take a page offline without deleting it: ⋯ → Unpublish.
